Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your camp purchases and we understand that many of them are made long before the trunks leave for camp.  For this reason our Camp Stuff return policy is as follows:

For purchases made between January 1st and April 30th

  • Full credit is issued for all returns made within 30 days of original purchase to the original purchaser
  • For any returns made after 30 days but before May 31st a store credit will be issued that is valid for one year from date of issue
  • No returns are accepted after May 31st

For purchases made between May 1st and December 31st

  • Full credit is issued for all returns made within 30 days of original purchase to the original purchaser
  • No returns are accepted after 30 days

Refunds are issued for merchandise returned in sellable condition, in their original sellable packaging, including tags.  No returns are accepted on custom items, special order items, gift certificates, items marked final sale, candy or perishable items, face masks, socks and underwear.  Items in blister packaging once opened are non-returnable.  Items that have been labeled or washed are not returnable.  Some items are not returnable once the packaging is opened.  This includes but is not limited to egg crates, all items in blister packaging and any other items specifically marked.

For pick up orders-Please note the return dates are based on the date you receive notice your order is ready.  Please try to pick up your orders promptly.

You do not need a return authorization number.  All returns should be sent to:

Packages should be sent via a traceable and insured method for your protection.  You are responsible for the shipping charges.  Be sure to include your full name and your order number inside the package,  otherwise we will not be able to identify it.  You can also drop off the items at our warehouse during our scheduled warehouse hours.  Visit http://www.campstuff4less.com/contactus.asp

Credits/refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of the package.  Payment will be issued in the form of payment used.  A check will be issued within 5 business day for cash purchases made at the warehouse over $25.

GIFT RETURNS

The following applies to gift returns (returns not made by original purchaser) made within 30 days of the original purchase

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase
  • A gift receipt or name of the original purchaser is required in order to verify the original purchase
  • Returns are not accepted if original purchase cannot be confirmed
  • All other return requirements apply

STORE CREDITS

  • Store credits issued are valid for one year from the date of issue
  • Store credits cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
  • Store credits cannot be used for the purchase of gift certificates or to pay sales tax or shipping charges
  • Store credits issued in the warehouse must be used in the warehouse (not valid online or phone orders)
